Opstal Complex
This very unique farm style living estate was developed by Brandtcon and three other partners. It consists of 13 full title units between 250m² and 280m² and a communal park.
The complex was designed to keep all the indigenous trees and to bring the nature/farm feeling into each residence. The estate is quiet, peaceful and is nearby all mayor schools and Centurion CBD.
Each unit consists of 3 to 4 bedrooms, with main bedroom en-suite, a 2nd bathroom and guest toilet, open plan kitchen and lounge and living area which opens up with large custom made, wooden, stacking doors to the undercover built-in braai area and beautiful designer garden.
