This project was aimed to overcome this residences previously existing building problems due to substandard building practice, material and a great deal of water and damp issues.

We closed up all balcony’s, built a new concrete roof, added a 3rd floor study and new main bathroom with natural light skylight, completed with imported free standing bath tap, and custom, handmade wooden bathroom vanity’s.

We also added external natural slate tile cladding and new paving around house, pool and driveway. New ceilings and bulkhead in the lounge, Meranti skirtings and wooden flooring was installed as well as a revamp of the existing bathrooms and guest toilet.

We then enclosed the entrance hall, tiled the staircase and added a concrete cast hand railing. And lastly, we added a new Balau external wooden garden staircase and hand
